Let’s get to know each other better! This time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health needs in order to establish a treatment plan and recommend medication to alleviate mental health symptoms.

Follow-Up Visit
Once we have determined a treatment plan, our follow-up visits will focus on assessing the progress of treatment and addressing any concerns or changes in symptoms since the last appointment.
